 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 597
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 597 on  page  2  by
 3    inserting immediately below line 2 the following:
 4        "(g)  A  limited purpose branch may not be located within
 5    1,000 feet of a facility operated by an inter-track  wagering
 6    licensee  or an organization licensee subject to the Illinois
 7    Horse Racing Act of 1975,  on  a  riverboat  subject  to  the
 8    Riverboat  Gambling Act, or within 1,000 feet of the location
 9    at which the riverboat docks.".
