          Amends the Emergency Telephone System  Act  by  making  a
      technical  correction  in  the  Section  concerning the Short
      Title.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Emergency  Telephone  System  Act  by
 2    changing Section 0.01.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Emergency Telephone System Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
 7        (50 ILCS 750/0.01) (from Ch. 134, par. 30.01)
 8        Sec. 0.01.  This Act shall be known and may be  cited  as
 9    the "Emergency Telephone System Act".
