          Amends the  Illinois  Banking  Act.   Makes  a  stylistic
      change to the short title of the Act.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Illinois Banking Act by changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Banking  Act  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (205 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 301)
 8        Sec.  1.  Short  title.  This  Act  may  be  cited as the
 9    Illinois Banking Act.
