 1        AN ACT to amend the Savings Bank Act by changing  Section
 2    1001.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Savings Bank Act is amended  by  changing
 6    Section 1001 as follows:
 7        (205 ILCS 205/1001) (from Ch. 17, par. 7301-1)
 8        Sec.  1001.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 9    Savings Bank Act.
