      the short title Section of the Act.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Credit Union Act by changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Credit Union Act is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (205 ILCS 305/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 4401)
 8        Sec.  1.  Short  title.   This  Act  may  be cited as the
 9    Illinois Credit Union Act.
