 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 724
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 724 on page  3,  by
 3    replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:
 4    "on  any  construction project that includes the transmission
 5    or distribution of gases or liquids or that  includes  cable,
 6    telecommunications,  or  electrical  power  systems  and  all
 7    appurtenances and ancillaries, the project shall be"; and
 8    on  page  3,  line  9  by  changing  "laborers,  workers, and
 9    mechanics"  to  "construction  employer  crafts   or   trades
10    persons".
