 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 759
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  759  by  replacing
 3    the title with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT  to  amend the Criminal Code of 1961 by changing
 5    Section 32-5."; and
 6    by replacing everything after the enacting  clause  with  the
 7    following:
 8        "Section  5.  The  Criminal  Code  of  1961 is amended by
 9    changing Section 32-5 as follows:
10        (720 ILCS 5/32-5) (from Ch. 38, par. 32-5)
11        Sec. 32-5. False personation of attorney or  judicial  or
12    governmental officials.
13        A person who falsely represents himself to be an attorney
14    authorized  to  practice  law or a public officer or a public
15    employee commits a Class 4 felony Class B misdemeanor.
