 1        AN ACT to amend the  Illinois  Plumbing  License  Law  by
 2    changing Section 9.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Plumbing License Law is  amended
 6    by changing Section 9 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 320/9) (from Ch. 111, par. 1108)
 8        Sec. 9.  Examination schedule.  The Department shall hold
 9    examinations  for  applicants for plumbers' licenses at least
10    once every three months in some place in this State.
