 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 951
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 951 on page  5,  by
 3    replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:
 4        "(r)  a  finding  that at birth the child's blood, urine,
 5    or meconium contained any amount of  a  controlled  substance
 6    as".
