          Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation  District  Act.
      Makes   a   technical   change   in  the  Section  concerning
      construction of the Act.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Metropolitan  Water  Reclamation
 2    District Act by changing Section 22.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
 6    Act is amended by changing Section 22 as follows:
 7        (70 ILCS 2605/22) (from Ch. 42, par. 343)
 8        Sec.  22.  Construction  of  Act.  Nothing  in  this  act
 9    contained shall be so construed as to constitute  a  contract
10    or  grant  between  the  State  of  Illinois and any sanitary
11    district formed under its provisions, or to prevent, debar or
12    deprive the State of  Illinois  from,  at  any  time  in  the
13    future, altering, amending or repealing this act, or imposing
14    any conditions, restrictions or requirements other, different
15    or  additional  to  any  herein  contained  upon any sanitary
16    district which may be formed hereunder.
