 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1005
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1005,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 2, on page 5, line  20,  by  replacing  "(a-5)"
 5    with:
 6        "(a-5)   Any  IGAP  test  administered  pursuant  to this
 7    Section shall be academically based."
