      815 ILCS 5/2.10           from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 137.2-10
          Amends the Illinois Securities  Law  of  1953.   Provides
      that  a  registered    salesperson  also  means  a registered
      limited Canadian salesperson.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Securities Law  of  1953  by
 2    changing Section 2.10.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.   The  Illinois  Securities  Law  of  1953  is
 6    amended by changing Section 2.10 as follows:
 7        (815 ILCS 5/2.10) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 137.2-10)
 8        Sec.  2.10.  "Registered salesperson" means a salesperson
 9    registered  under  Section  8  of  this   Act.    "Registered
10    salesperson"   also   means  a  registered  limited  Canadian
11    salesperson.
