 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1197
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1197,  on  page  7,
 3    line 10, by inserting after "district." the following:
 4    "On  the  effective  date of this amendatory Act of 1997, all
 5    funds held locally in the State Community College of East St.
 6    Louis  Contracts  and  Grants  Clearing  Account,  the  State
 7    Community College of East  St.  Louis  Income  Fund  Clearing
 8    Account  and  the  Imprest  Fund  shall be transferred by the
 9    Board to the General Revenue Fund.".
