 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1214
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1214,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by replacing the title with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT  to  create  the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing
 5    Act."; and
 6    by deleting everything after the end of Section 1.
