 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1217
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1217 as follows:
 3    on page 2, line 28, by replacing "any intervention" with "the
 4    course  of  any  intervention,  including  steps   taken   in
 5    preparation and implementation,"; and
 6    on   page   2,  line  31,  after  "civil",  by  inserting  ",
 7    administrative,"; and
 8    on  page  3,  line  4,  by  replacing  "intervention,"   with
 9    "intervention."; and
10    on page 3, by deleting lines 5 through 7.
