          Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to  repeal  provisions
      requiring  premium  discounts  for  vehicles  with anti-theft
      devices.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Insurance Code by  repealing
 2    Section 143.28.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        (215 ILCS 5/143.28 rep.)
 6        Section 5.  The Illinois Insurance  Code  is  amended  by
 7    repealing Section 143.28.
