 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1279
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1279  on  page  1,
 3    line 15, by deleting "Prototype"; and
 4    on page 1, by replacing line 16 with the following:
 5    "Health  Care  Financing  Administration  by January 1, 1998.
 6    The waiver"; and
 7    on page 1, by replacing line 31 with the following:
 8    "alternative form of care.  If a waiver request has not  been
 9    submitted  by January 1, 1998 the Department shall submit the
10    TBI Prototype Waiver request to the United States Health Care
11    Financing Administration.".
