 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1317
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1317  on  page  1,
 3    line  27,  after "subsection." by inserting, "For purposes of
 4    this Section, "household income" shall have the same  meaning
 5    as in Section 15-172 of the Property Tax Code.".
