 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1396
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1396 on page  1  by
 3    replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following:
 4        "Sec. 12.  Duplicate copies of tax bills.  The collector,
 5    upon  approval  by the county board, shall assess a fee of up
 6    to $5".
