 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1444
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1444  on  page  1,
 3    line 27, after "titleholder.", by inserting the following:
 4    "In  no  event,  however,  may  the  county  treasurer refund
 5    amounts paid by the transferee during any year except the  10
 6    years  immediately  preceding the year in which the refund is
 7    made.".
