3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 5, line 24, by replacing "applies."
5 with "applies. This subsection does not apply to any
6 licensed physician or physician group including, but not
7 limited to, physicians organized as a partnership, limited
8 liability partnership, limited liability company, medical
9 corporation, professional service corporation, professional
10 association, or a joint venture of partnerships or
11 corporations.".
