          Amends the Community Services  Act.   Makes  a  stylistic
      change in the short title provision.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend the Community Services Act by changing
 2    Section 5.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Community  Services  Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 5 as follows:
 7        (405 ILCS 30/5) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 905)
 8        Sec. 5.  This Act may be cited  shall  be  known  as  the
 9    "Community Services Act".
