 1        AN  ACT  relating to the development of performance-based
 2    educational standards.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.   Short  title.  This Act may be cited as the
 6    Performance-Based Educational Standards Act.
