      240 ILCS 40/1-25
          Amends the Grain  Code  to  change  the  caption  to  the
      provision concerning the promulgation of rules.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Grain Code by changing Section 1-25.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The Grain Code is amended by changing Section
 5    1-25 as follows:
 6        (240 ILCS 40/1-25)
 7        Sec.  1-25.  Department  rules.    The   Department   may
 8    promulgate  rules  that  are necessary for the implementation
 9    and administration of this Code.
