 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1699
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1699 on page 1,  by
 3    inserting below line 29 the following:
 4        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.".
