 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1704
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1704 on page 2,  by
 3    inserting after line 18 the following:
 4        "(d)  If  an  employer  offers  its employees personal or
 5    compensatory leave of at least 3 days per year, the  employer
 6    is exempt from the provisions of this Act.".
