      305 ILCS 5/9A-2           from Ch. 23, par. 9A-2
          Amends the Education, Training, and Employment Article of
      the Illinois Public Aid Code.  Makes a  technical  change  in
      provisions defining "recipient" as used in this Article.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by changing
 2    Section 9A-2.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
 6    changing Section 9A-2 as follows:
 7        (305 ILCS 5/9A-2) (from Ch. 23, par. 9A-2)
 8        Sec. 9A-2.  As used in  this  Article  only,  "recipient"
 9    means  only  those persons receiving public aid under Article
10    IV.
