      105 ILCS 5/7-2b rep.
          Amends the School Code.  Repeals the Section relating  to
      the   annexation   of   non-coterminous   territory  from  an
      elementary or high school district.

 1        AN ACT to amend the  School  Code  by  repealing  Section
 2    7-2b.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        (105 ILCS 5/7-2b rep.)
 6        Section 5.  The  School  Code  is  amended  by  repealing
 7    Section 7-2b.
