1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1823
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1823 on page 1,
3 lines 2 and 6, by deleting ", 13A-6," each time it appears;
4 and
5 in line 12, by replacing "work" with "work approved by the
6 regional superintendent of schools in consultation with the
7 State Board of Education"; and
8 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 12; and
9 on page 3, by inserting below line 14 the following:
10 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1997.".
