          Amends  the  Environmental  Protection  Act  to  make   a
      technical change.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Environmental  Protection Act by
 2    changing Section 57.3.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Environmental Protection Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 57.3 as follows:
 7        (415 ILCS 5/57.3)
 8        Sec. 57.3. Underground Storage Tank Program. The  General
 9    Assembly  hereby establishes the Illinois Leaking Underground
10    Storage Tank Program (LUST Program). The LUST  Program  shall
11    be  administered  by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and
12    by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
