          Amends the Public Aid Code to make a stylistic change  in
      a Section concerning construction of the Code.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by changing
 2    Section 1-5.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
 6    changing Section 1-5 as follows:
 7        (305 ILCS 5/1-5) (from Ch. 23, par. 1-5)
 8        Sec. 1-5. Construction. The provisions of this Code shall
 9    be liberally construed to effect this Code's its objects  and
10    purposes.
