 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2188 on page 59, by
 3    replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
 4    "exceed twice the amount of tax liability of a monthly"; and
 5    on page 59, line 4, by changing "return;" to "return;"; and
 6    on page 64, line 5, by changing "Act" to "Law"; and
 7    on page 85, by deleting lines 2 through 4.
