      415 ILCS 5/3.86
          Amends  the  Environmental  Protection  Act  to  make   a
      technical change.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Environmental  Protection Act by
 2    changing Section 3.86.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 3.86 as follows:
 7        (415 ILCS 5/3.86)
 8        Sec.  3.86.  "New MSWLF unit" means a any municipal solid
 9    waste landfill unit that receives household waste on or after
10    October 9, 1993, for the first time.
