2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2219, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 1, in lines 18 and 19, by replacing
5 "be at least 10 to 25 feet in width (depending on the land
6 slope), as" with "meet the standards and specifications"; and
7 on page 1, in line 20, by deleting the comma; and
8 on page 1, by replacing line 21 with "and shall contain".
