 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Labor  Relations  Act
 2    by changing Section 25.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Illinois Public Labor  Relations  Act  is
 6    amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
 7        (5 ILCS 315/25) (from Ch. 48, par. 1625)
 8        Sec.  25.  Sovereign immunity.  For purposes of this Act,
 9    the State of Illinois waives sovereign immunity.
