          Amends  the  Illinois  Enterprise  Zone  Act  by   making
      technical changes to the short title.

 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Illinois  Enterprise Zone Act by
 2    changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Illinois Enterprise Zone Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 655/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 601)
 8        Sec. 1. Short title.  This Act shall be known and may  be
 9    cited as the "Illinois Enterprise Zone Act".
