          Appropriates   $20,000,000   to   the    Department    of
      Transportation for the renovation of U.S. 50 from the City of
      Lawrenceville to the City of Flora.  Effective immediately.

 1        AN   ACT  making  appropriations  to  the  Department  of
 2    Transportation.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The amount of $20,000,000, or so much of that
 6    amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
 7    of Transportation for the renovation of U.S. 50 from the City
 8    of Lawrenceville to the City of Flora.
 9        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
10    becoming law.
