          Amends the Toll  Highway  Act  to  add  a  caption  to  a
      provision concerning violations.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Toll Highway Act by changing Section
 2    26.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
 6    Section 26 as follows:
 7        (605 ILCS 10/26) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-26)
 8        Sec.  26.  Violations.   Any  person  who  violates   any
 9    resolution, rule or regulation, adopted or promulgated by the
10    Authority, pursuant to Section 10, paragraph (b) of this Act,
11    shall be guilty of a petty offense.
