      510 ILCS 77/100
          Amends the Livestock Management Facilities Act.   Adds  a
      caption to a Section concerning the Act's relationship to the
      Environmental Protection Act.

 1        AN  ACT  to amend the Livestock Management Facilities Act
 2    by changing Section 100.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section   5.   The Livestock Management Facilities Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 100 as follows:
 7        (510 ILCS 77/100)
 8        Sec. 100.  No limitation under  Environmental  Protection
 9    Act.   Nothing in this Act shall be construed as a limitation
10    or preemption of any statutory or regulatory authority  under
11    the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
