      55 ILCS 5/3-10005.2       from Ch. 34, par. 3-10005.2
          Amends the Counties Code concerning the treasurer.  Makes
      a technical change. Effective immediately.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Counties  Code  by  changing  Section
 2    3-10005.2.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Counties  Code  is  amended  by  changing
 6    Section 3-10005.2 as follows:
 7        (55 ILCS 5/3-10005.2) (from Ch. 34, par. 3-10005.2)
 8        Sec.  3-10005.2.  Monthly report of financial status. The
 9    treasurer shall file a monthly report with the  county  clerk
10    and  chairman  of  the county board summarizing the financial
11    status of his  or  her  office  in  such  form  as  shall  be
12    determined by the county board.

14        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
15    becoming law.
