          Amends the Human Rights Act.  Makes a technical change in
      provisions identifying the short title of the Act.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Illinois Human Rights Act by changing
 2    Section 1-101.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Illinois Human Rights Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 1-101 as follows:
 7        (775 ILCS 5/1-101) (from Ch. 68, par. 1-101)
 8        Sec. 1-101. Short Title. This Act shall be known and  may
 9    be cited as the Illinois Human Rights Act.
