          Appropriates $865,920 to  the  Department  of  Labor  for
      Displaced Homemaker Grants.  Effective July 1, 1998.

 1        AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Labor.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The following named amount of $865,920, or so
 5    much thereof as may be  necessary,  is  appropriated  to  the
 6    Department of Labor for Displaced Homemaker Grants.
 7        Section  99.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
 8    July 1, 1998.
