          Amends the Naprapathic Practice Act to make  a  technical
      change.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Naprapathic Practice Act by changing
 2    Section 20.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The  Naprapathic  Practice Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 20 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 63/20)
 8        Sec. 20.  Necessity of license.  No person shall practice
 9    or attempt to practice naprapathy  as  defined  in  this  Act
10    without  a  valid  license  as  a  naprapath  issued  by  the
11    Department.
