      240 ILCS 40/15-5
          Amends the Grain Code.  Makes a technical change  in  the
      Section  concerning  training  of a licensee who violates the
      Code.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Grain Code by changing Section 15-5.
 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The Grain Code is amended by changing Section
 5    15-5 as follows:
 6        (240 ILCS 40/15-5)
 7        Sec. 15-5.   Training.  Without limitation upon any other
 8    action  under this Code, if a licensee violates any provision
 9    of the provisions of this Code, the Department  may,  without
10    need for a hearing, require additional training.
