      title.  Adds a caption.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Military Code of Illinois by changing
 2    Section 1.01.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The Military Code of Illinois is amended by
 6    changing Section 1.01 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 1805/1.01) (from Ch. 129, par. 220.001)
 8        Sec. 1.01.  Short title.  This Act may be  cited  as  the
 9    Military Code of Illinois.
