      225 ILCS 2/20
          Amends the Acupuncture Practice Act.  Makes  a  technical
      change in the Section concerning exempt activities.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Acupuncture Practice Act by changing
 2    Section 20.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The  Acupuncture  Practice Act is amended by
 6    changing Section 20 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 2/20)
 8        Sec. 20. Exempt activities.  This Act does not prohibit a
 9    any person licensed in this State as a dentist  or  physician
10    from  engaging  in  the  practice  for  which  he  or  she is
11    licensed.
