1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2818
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2818, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 10, line 15, by replacing
5 "Department" with "Department during its investigation"; and
6 on page 11 by replacing line 13 with the following:
7 "Prior to submission of the records to the Disciplinary
8 Board, all information indicating the identity of the patient
9 shall be removed and deleted. All medical records and other
10 information received pursuant to subpoena shall be".
