 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2837
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2837 on page 9,  by
 3    replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:
 4    "recovered  tax  increment value for any school district, any
 5    recovered tax increment value that was applicable to the 1995
 6    tax year calculations.".
