          Amends the Child Care Act of 1969.  Adds a caption to the
      definitions Section.

 1        AN ACT to amend the Child Care Act of  1969  by  changing
 2    Section 2.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.  The Child Care Act  of  1969  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 2 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 10/2) (from Ch. 23, par. 2212)
 8        Sec. 2.  Definitions.  Terms used in this Act, unless the
 9    context  otherwise  requires,  have  the meanings ascribed to
10    them in Sections 2.01 through 2.21.
