      105 ILCS 5/19c-1 new
          Amends the School Code.  Creates a  new  Article  in  the
      School    Code   concerning   guaranteed   telecommunications
      infrastructure savings.  Supplies only the caption and  short
      title of the Article.

 1        AN ACT to add Article 19c to the School Code.
 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:
 4        Section 5.  The School Code is amended by adding  Article
 5    19c as follows:
 6        (105 ILCS 5/Art. 19c heading new)
 7                       ARTICLE 19c. GUARANTEED
 8                         TELECOMMUNICATIONS
 9                       INFRASTRUCTURE SAVINGS
10        (105 ILCS 5/19c-1 new)
11        Sec.  19c.-1.  Short title.  This Article may be cited as
12    the Guaranteed Telecommunications Infrastructure Savings Law.
